   Akshay, your tutorials are GREAT,
   but I can’t find did you wrote this:
   will I lose Croatian language on my
   K530i (with “i” letter) after flashing
   with same firmware (GENERIC R8BB001 RED CID52) for K530 (without “i” letter) from sek750.extra.hu, or is it in FS?
   And one more question:
   is it safe to apply patches from Russian
   version of mobilefree.ru? I’m sure that’s correct patches.

   yup…u u can apply…even if there is some prob…u can easily remove em!
   at a way patching is risky but if once u noe verything…den its all damn easy!

   No worries, I flashed and patched it yesterday, and there is no problems – Croatian language is in FS, I explored it with Far Manager, and even that “i” letter remained in model name after flashing with K530 firmware!
   Also, I would like to say something:
   According to the phone’s license agreement in manual, you don’t lose warranty, but they won’t repair your phone if “the fault reason is changed software or hardware” (flashing).
   Thanks Akshay & Team for those great, detailed tutorials and patches! And that’s true – once you flash it, it’s not so hard, but while I flashed my phone, I PRAYED! But the only reason for fail is the user himself – or he pressed the wrong button, or read/translated something in tutorial wrong, or the cables/connectivity was the problem; he connected it in wrong way!
   And two questions:
   1. Could you, Pete or Akshay write a Megabass patch for K530(i) ? When I heard Walkman series’s sound on it’s headsets, that bass, I wanted such bass on my phone too!
   2. How safe is using Elves, and how do I remove them? With re-flashing or I simply remove them from phone’s memory using Far manager or Windows Explorer?

   well…first about ur 2nd query!
   usings elves is totally safe!no prob….if u wanna remove em…u only got to delete the .elf files frm ur fone mem…dats it!
   as it is stated in tutorial…it needs a patch to run elves….otherwise ur fone wont recognize the elf thing!

   peti and akshay dont create patches….bt there is no patch for ur fone…for megabass
   bt dont worry…crossflash ur fone to w660[if urs is k530] and njoy walkamn-cybershot phone!!!

   Thanks, bhuvan, for that answers!
   But, I’ll think about crossflashing because, as I said about warranty, I still have it (they won’t repair it only if the phone won’t work because of damaged firmware/main, because of my mistake – I’ll have to pay it instead of free repair). I think it’s GREAT – turning your ordinary SE in something extraordinary for FREE! And as I got my phone for free, I can get Walkman without costs! And, sorry for so much questions but these are my last (if the crossflashing will pass perfectly – I’ll post it here):
   1. Will I lose any functionality from K530i after crossflashing to W660(i)? And, what’s the difference between the “i” version and non-i version?
   2. Do I really have to change the FS too? If so, which is the best FS with Croatian (currently I have got T_MOB_INT_B)?
   3. Will it really be the Cybershot? I mean – is the Cybershot function only in drivers, or is there some special Cybershot lenses? I have got 2MP camera.
   4. What will happen if I lose power while crossflashing? Can I repair it, or I need to take it to the service?
   Sorry for so much questions, but I need to know exactly what I am doing…
   And now I won’t be here until January, not because of holidays, but because I almost reached my bandwidth limit – God blessed the Bandwidth Monitor! I hope that I’ll find answers so I can be sure about crossflashing.

   1…nope…ull get more features which comes in a walkman phone!with camera of cybershot fone![the best combination]ull get walkman player…megabass….
   2….yup…ull have to flash evrything back!!!main..fs and cda…evrything![get evry one of it from topse or search google]
   3…cybershot…ok…its a category in se phones…which means…the main focus of the fone is on camera quality!like…w660 matches u hardware totally thats y u can crossflash ur device to it…but as it is walkman[gt main focus on sound]…it aint gt that high quality camera like of k530!so i hope u gt it….
   4….nothing special….if this happens…ull will simply have to reflash back!no need of tension!
   njoy ur days!!!

    Hi akshay , bhuvan…
    Im in big problem.i want flash my K530i to W660i.i have all ready download and unzip Fs and main.but…there large size main=26mb Fs=14mb .but K530i had a 24mb total memory(with internal memory) what i do???
