Thank you thank you thank you! My K800i died tonight and I pulled my W300i out of the drawer (which has had the error message for months) because I was desperate and had no phone, nor the money to buy a new one! The W300i is working again after the shops I took it to said it would never work again.

Hi,
I have a K750i, gone for following process & found errors,
1.Update the service through SE web
2.After Turn on the phone shows Configuration error
3.Goes through the above tutorial
4.Error at step 9,
Plz help if any other process is avalible…..

After l debranded my W595 , my phone rebooted with a Configuration Error : Contact your network or service provider error”. Bit annoying as i went through the commands the right way, so l ran seus and back to default settings. Tried again with other firmware and CDA and now works ok,

hi! i am currently having this configuration error on my SE c905 phone. I just changed the SIM card and then after that I got this message. When I switched back to the previous one, it still has the same error message. I am not very good about technical stuff, so I have no idea what FS and CDA are. Please help me. Thanks!

how can i reflashing my phone? i’ve flash my k530i to w660 but configuration was not supported. i dont know what Main and FS should i download and where can i get the CDA for asia.

same problem, i’ve been reflashing my k770i for many times..
then i tried to put them in a 1 folder, including the xss, main,fs and the own_custpack, when i reflash it finally works. try to do this.

This really isnt working for me mate.
Its says Error: Cannot open phone communication port then just disconnects my phone. I have a Sony Ericsson C902 and i didnt even flash it then one day the “Configuration Error : Contact your network or service provider error” came up
